Update of FAO’s monthly food price index

The FAO Food Price Index is a measure of the monthly change in international prices of a basket of food commodities. It consists of the average of five commodity group price indices, weighted with the average export shares of each of the groups for. Monthly release dates for 2017: 12 January, 02 February, 02 March, 06 April, 04 May, 08 June, 06 July, 03 August, 07 September, 05 October, 02 November, 07 December.
