All four graphs show that Canada has negative current account balance as a percentage of GDP. The last time it was positive is the year 2008 equal to 0.1% of GDP.

Now, only European Commission predicts current account balance of Canada to be stable after 2016, while other three international agencies estimate index to increase in 2017 and beyond.
