This dataset covers the India's Health Statistics from 2000 to 2015 Notes: Govt. Hospitals includes Central Govt.,StateGovt. And Local Govt. Bodies. Figures of State Telengana is Provisional and information for Andhara Pradesh for the year 2014 is as on 01/01/2014. Data for Administrative Structure is as on per population census 2011 Figures of Medical Practioners are related to doctors registered with State Medical Councils.  Figures of Dental Surgeons are related to doctors registered with Central/State Dental Councils of India. For Indicator- Registered Practitioners under Ayush Systems, For 2013 data Figures in r/o states of Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura and Chandigarh have been indicated Nil in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Naturopathya as there is no separate Board/Council for registration of practitioners in these States. Figures inr/oStatesof Andhra Pradesh, Bihar,Odisha and Punjabfor Ayurveda and Unanihavebeen taken from CCIM. The figures in r/o Homeopathy for the States of Gujrat and Nagaland related to (1.1.2010)and Odishs (1.1.2009)and for Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand ( Ayurveda and Unani) relates to (1.1.2010)the figures in r/o Ayuravda for Rajasthan relates to (1.1.2010)as the figure for the current year have not been received from these States. For 2014 data Ayurveda:- Figures in r/o states of Jammu & Kashmir (2013) and Jharkhand (2013) has been repeated as the current year information not available. Unani:- Figures in r/o states of Himachal Pradesh (2013), Jammu & Kashmir (2013) and Jharkhand (2013) has been repeated as the current year information not available. Siddha:- Figures in r/o states of Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu has been received from the States. Naturopathy:- Figures in r/o states of Andhra Pradesh (2013), Himachal Pradesh (2013), Jammu & Kashmir (2013) and West Bengal (2012) has been repeated as the current year information not available. Homoeopathy:- Figures in r/o states of Assam (2011), Jharkhand (2013), Kerala (2013), Nagaland (2010) and Uttarakhand (2013) has been repeated as the current year information not available.
