The share of high-skilled labor in other BRICS countries is much lower - 16% Brazil, 14%-Russia, 7%-India, 6.5%-China. Despite relatively low share of high-skilled workers, China has already outpaced United States in terms of total number of high-qualified personnel (50.4 vs 50.2 million people in 2009).
