Here is only one graph showing a national debt of Brazil as a percentage of GDP and it predicts expansion after 2016. The line graph clearly shows that over the period from 2007 to 2014 General Government Gross Debt in Brazil was quite flat about 60-65 percent of GDP. Then since 2015, it shows an upward trend, so IMF Forecast says Government Debt in Brazil will be about 93 percent of GDP by 2021.
