Scoping Meeting for IPCC Special Report on Impacts of Global Warming

The scoping meeting for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) special report on the impacts of global warming of 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and related global greenhouse gas (GHG) emission pathways is expected to result in a draft scoping paper that: describes the report's objectives; included an annotated outline of the report; and layout out the process and timeline for its preparation.
