EC agree to OECD that the unemployment rate in Turkey reached the peak of 13% in 2009, while the all-time low of 6% was observed in 2000.
IMF who gives the forecast beyond 2018, as well as OECD, predicts unemployment to level off in the near future. However, EC expects the unemployment to continue the rise started in 2013.
