По итогам выборочного обследования бюджетов домохозяйств, среднедушевая суточная калорийность питания членов домохозяйств определяется путем деления калорийности общего объема потребленных продуктов питания на число лиц, фактически присутствовавших (питавшихся) в домохозяйстве в период обследования Постановление Госкомстата России от 21.02.1998г. № 15.
